About Malangani
Malangani Camp is a rustic retreat tucked beneath ancient rock formations, offering simple, comfortable accommodation in the heart of the wild. Surrounded by untouched bush and overlooking the expansive Malangani Dam, the camp blends naturally into its environment, allowing guests to experience the sights, sounds, and serenity of the African wilderness. With no distractions and minimal modern interference, it’s the perfect place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the raw beauty of the outdoors.

Set along a pristine dam and surrounded by wild beauty, our camp offers the ultimate escape for anglers and adventurers alike.
Fishing
Fishing can be done from the banks and in your own boats on the dam. Bass is catch on release.
Camp Staff
We have very helpful staff to assist you. The staff include a chef, waiter, bedroom hand, and two gardeners/skinners.
Laundry Services
Daily laundry services is provided for your convenience for long stays.
Generator
A generator is provided for power at the camp - but limited to 12 hours in a 24 hour period.
Activities
Activities are self-guided and include fishing, walking, climbing, and bird watching. Please note that swimming in the dam is not allowed.
Boats
Clients must provide own boats - electrical battery charging points are available using clients own charge systems.

Mountain Biking
Families with children are welcome to blaze a trail within the Malangani park boundaries on mountain bikes.
Game Drives
You are free to take a game drive within the confines of the Malangani Section and view the game from the safety of your vehicle.
Rock Climbing
Malangani offers a variety of large rocks and outcrops for you to climb and experience the park’s outdoor splendour.
